Terms of Service

Last updated August 12, 2026

These terms cover your use of Emulade and emulade.app, provided by [Company Name] (placeholder, update before launch). By downloading or using Emulade, you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Emulade on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the installer, reverse engineer the native engines, or remove any copyright or trademark notices.

Acceptable use

Emulade is a virtualization engine. It doesn't distribute, host, or endorse any Android app or game, including pirated or cracked software. You're responsible for making sure anything you install through Emulade complies with that app's own terms and with applicable law. We can suspend or block access for use that violates this section.

No warranty

Emulade is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every app you might run inside it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Emulade, including data loss or damage to apps run inside it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for most users is zero.

Trademarks

Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Emulade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or the Android Open Source Project. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation, and macOS is a trademark of Apple Inc.; Emulade's compatibility with these platforms doesn't imply any affiliation with them either.

Changes

We may update Emulade and these terms over time. If we make a material change to the terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Emulade after a change means you accept the update.

Termination

You can stop using Emulade at any time by uninstalling it. We can suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction] (placeholder, update before launch), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
